ENEOS is well known for gasoline in Japan, but in India, engine oil is its main product. We were in charge of creating a brand movie to differentiate ENEOS from other major brands in the competitive Indian market.
How to differentiate from well recognized competitors?
Differentiating with socially relevant themes and stories while many of the competitors are running typical advertisements that make a cool impression.
Strengthening the connection between the brand and users with an emotional story
The film was shot near Bollywood (Mumbai), the home of Indian movies. Everyday-life scenes were set up and we had a young mechanic appear as a character who symbolizes the quality and value of ENEOS products. K&L planned stories for both motorcycles and automobiles.
